Refreshing Data

Spreadic maintains a constant connection to your database, so your data will be up-to-date as long as you refresh the cell that contains the Spreadic function. The Spreadic UI also provides a simple way to refresh only selected queries / all Spreadic queries in the whole workbook:

• Refreshing specific queries: Select from the UI menu Cell Management. You will then see a list of all sheets and cells containing any Spreadic queries. From the list, you can select which one(s) you would like to refresh.

• Refreshing specific queries (alternative way): Select the cell(s) containing the query, then select from the UI menu Refresh Selected.

• Refreshing all queries in the workbook: Select from the UI menu Refresh All Sheets.

You may see the cell(s) showing Loading… when the data is being refreshed.
